wellspringsrenewal does custom digital fabric printing in China using a wet digital printing system. The printing system uses fiber reactive inks that allow for superb and lasting color. This printing method stays true and vibrant wash after wash. The printing is smooth and crisp and the inks blend in with the fabric so there is no coarse hand left after printing.

Orders for custom fabric printing will be placed on the 10th of each month with arrival expected in about 5 weeks. You will email your file to [email protected] and have it approved by the 10th of each month (excluding January) Designs arriving after the 10th may fall into the next months order. We cannot accept designs on the 10th as they will need approval prior to submission.
wellspringsrenewal offers many fabric types for custom printing ranging from cotton fabric, bamboo fabric, polyester fabric, 1 mil pul fabric and so much more.
What does approval entail?
Designs must be owned or purchased by the customer. We cannot print anything that is in violation of copyright laws.
Designs should be a continuous repeat. That means if you print out the design on paper and lay the pieces side by side the design will continue along the paper trail for as many pages as you can print. It is advised to print your design in color at scale to gauge the size of your print. Ideally you would open your design in an art program to see the scale as well.
Fabric Design and fabric printing can vary in terms of color. We make no guarantee that the color you see on your screen will translate to the color of the fabric. Cotton will print differently than bamboo, which will print differently that polyester.
Finally, fabric prints can and will vary from batch to batch. We do not hold designs or size information from month to month. If you order shamrocks in March and again in July, the color will likely be different.
Be aware that occasionally the printer will send an overage on your fabric print. We would bill you for that amount. If you order 1 yard, they may send 1.5 yards and we will bill you for the half yard overage. On a rare occasion, prints may not be continuous yardage.

Domestic Fabric Printing - 1 Mil PUL Fabric only: Minimum order is 2 yards per design.
We have many great options for USA custom fabric printing. There is a 2, 15, 25, 50 or 100 yard option per base to custom print.
For PUL fabric printing, you have the option to buy a "strike" initially. This will result in one 20" square printing of your design. This allows you to see the design in person to account for color and size. Once you approve the strike, we will proceed with printing and laminating.
You may chose to omit the strike. In that case, you email us your designs, they are submitted, printed and then sent for laminating.
Be aware that occasionally the printer will send an overage on your print. We would bill you for that amount. If you order 15 yard, they may send 15.5 yards and we will bill you for the half yard overage. On a rare occasion, prints may not be continuous yardage.
